Realizing Samadhi means seeing differently, living differently, but not by recognizing separate things, but by perceiving like a seer. Once you have seen the moon, you can see it in every reflection. The true self was always there, it is in everything, in body, soul and mind, but you have never really realized its presence.

Program (based of the book Samadhi Experience)

1. Day: A life of inner harmony, willpower and self-determination is the basis for Samadhi. Conscious perception of conditioning, ego constructs, character types, degrees of maturity, emotions and feelings, talents and abilities. We usually have three states of consciousness: being awake, dreaming and deep sleep. Samadhi is sometimes referred to as the fourth state. Samadhi is not an intellectual concept, it is a radical call for inner activity. While Seminar consciously live in the present - live naturally - live alone.
2. Day: Self-confidence and true unfolding of the original state of Samadhi. Development of the Life Plan with values, vision, goals and individual big five. Courageously take one's life into one's own hands and make a clear decision, go through life more and joyfully and purposefully. Samadhi is a timeless state of consciousness and a phase in an unfolding development process, an organic state that grows over time.
3. Day: Feel and unfold Samadhi from the inside out, consciously decide and integrate it into a meaningful life. Experience self-reflection. Living confidently in our ever-changing world. To be touched. Transforming and profound experiences. A light rises in you, a light that dissolves the idea of your ego construct. Connect with the divine and the light. A call for meditation and inner peace. A call to pause.
4. Day: Recognize individual potential, live Samadhi as well as manifest and cultivate for our everyday lives. Define development of individual project plans, activities and next steps. Take advantage of funding opportunities through Foundation Samadhi and recognize potential. If you invest more and more time in Samadhi, in the now, in the timeless, you will be steered more and more in the direction of the heart, the soul, away from the conditioned ego structure.
5. Day: Strictly speaking, there are no enlightened people, there are only enlightened actions. Healthy, successful and happy Samadhi live: physically, mentally and with your soul. Follow the spirit with clarity and life goals and experience happiness through your true Life Plan. Conscious living, independent and out of the norm. Be connected anytime and anywhere with the purest source of subtle creative energy. It's about discovering your original face before you were born and not about adding anything to you.

Coaching project work

For the duration of the training, all participants develop several practical coaching cases. The focus is on efficient, effective and intuitive application in practice. You will receive various tools to empower your true potential as a coach.

Methods and tools

• Systemic coaching is based on four elements: 1. A model dialogue between the participants. 2. A common system view according to actors, activities, spaces, emotions, resources, communication and standards. 3. The system description is consensual. All participants must agree with the system description in order for it to apply. 4. This then leads to new, perhaps unusual, but now plausible solutions to problems and approaches to action for participants.
• Pychodynamic coaching are coaching concepts supplement and enrich by the scientifically sound and coordinate building blocks of psychoanalysis. The focus is on two important aspects: the consistent consideration that all people are always exposed to unconscious dynamics in addition to their cognitive and conscious ideas. The inner and outer world of human being are subject to specific laws, which must be consciously observed and carefully related to each other. Psychodynamic coaching uses its concepts primarily to achieve an observable goal and defined the appropriate strategy.
• Solution oriented coaching is the standard that is taught today in most coaching training courses and preferably practiced by many coaches. The coach is responsible for the joint process by focusing on the solutions and strengths of his client through experience. Emotional content can also be discussed, but the solution oriented approach does not have a scientifically approach to offer that would consistently take into account the systematics and diversity of psychodynamic findings.
