The Free Community Bank Switzerland has set up a fund for collecting donations for the Foundation Samadhi initiative. Larger and smaller donations can be paid into the funds at any time. The fund assets are held by Freie Gemeinschaftsbank Basel and allocated for a specific purpose. Donations to the fund are tax-deductible throughout Switzerland, as the foundation is recognized as a non-profit organization.

• The fund assets are managed by the foundation.
• It regulates payment transactions, keeps records of the fund assets, provides as of 31. January of the following year, donate receipts for donors, informs about the processes and generally supervises the administration of the fund.
• In all projects, it is the task of the foundation to clarify the non-profit status and the earmarkable use of the fund's assets.
• Adrian Sidler and Sandra Kiessling each collectively face the foundation in two.
